Did Norwegian 4×4, after 4 months of running
I have tried interval training for the first time , I have used this 4x4.
Interval Splits:
6:01/km (HR 168)
5:40/km (HR 170)
5:41/km (HR 181)
5:10/km (HR 180)
These are my 4 interval splits.
My current v02 max is 38.
Is this method sustainable for v02 max increase
My current plan (3 runs nd 4 weight lifting sessions) - Interval/tempo(alternative weeks)(30 min) , easy run(1 hr), long easy run(90 min). And 4x week(upper-lower split).
Any insights will be appreciated.
