Hello! So we recently bought a new mister for our Cham ! This mister has been like the worst investment ever. It’s pooling at the top of the enclosure , it’s spraying out the sides, and I would not consider what it’s doing “misting” it’s a much heavier flow than I think misting is to the point where we have a bucket under the enclosure and have to drain it every lunch and night before the fogger turns on….

This brings me to my next question since this mister was pretty $$ does anyone have any links or knowledge about a good reliable mister that is more cost effective than an expensive mist king? Much appreciated 🥲

( we have cleaned everything since I took these pictures and even cleared it out a little before but I wanted pics to show some of what this “mister” is doing )

He’s a bit stressed from travel but has been eating wonderfully and has been loving exploring his enclosure ! My husband and I love to play the game called let’s find the chameleon !

Any advice to help him feel more at home ?

I just got this enclosure for my little friend but I want a stand so he can be up high does anyone have recommendations? It’s 24x24x48

Went out and bought a major haul for my lil guys tank !

What are your favorite grow bulbs for your plants ?
We have a 60 W basking light and a 75 W as a back up incase we have to change it out if the 60 isn’t warm enough and a T5 UVB but I want to make sure the plants we got thrive along with the lizard friend!

We have two weeks to set up before we go to pick up our friend ! Any advice on tank set up is welcome !

• Calcium without D3
• calcium with D3
• multi vitamin
•24x24x48 enclosure ( mesh)
•tons of sticks and live plants
• big dripper
•mister
• Dubai and crickets with gutloaded hornworms and mealworms for a treat
• some moss for humidity
• a drain layer for the tank and plants
• a small amount of coconut substrate for humidity

Hello! I’m planning on adopting a new friend into my house hold I’ve done all the reasearch and I’m super excited but I’d love know what some of your favorite things in your tank enclosure is ! I’m buying a ton of live plants and doing a bioactive enclosure! Mesh screening , very high up , in a private room so no other animal interaction , I already have a dripper, mist king tons of climbing sticks , etc etc but I want to know how yall make your tanks extra special for your lil reptile friends ! ( I’m not bringing my friend home until I have a full enclosure set up with everything functioning the way I need it to ! I already have a reptual breeder in mind and an exotic vet I go to for my other reptiles)
