Upgraded phones and haven’t received anything.

I’ve been a Verizon wireless customer for 20 years.
I have a family plan with 4 phones on the account. On June 20th I logged into my account and purchased 4 new phones (3 iPhone 17’s 1 Samsung) put through the trade in info and received an email with a label.

It immediately said the phones were back ordered. Next day there was a duplicate order for the exact same thing. I do the online chat and get the duplicate deleted and I’m told all is well.

I can see the order and it has a delivery date of July 6. No shipping or tracking info and no update. My credit card was charged and there are no phones, no updates and when I attempt to call a human I wait for eons and end up talking to AI and it just recites the order info.

I have never had an order take this long or go dark. Any suggestions to get through to an actual human and get this sorted out somehow? Thanks!
