this is just an appreciation post. i love autumn in sims 2 ♥

I wanted a community lot for sims to get together and my movie lover sim to share her enthusiasm for films with other sims. So I made an open air cinema park ♥

It has a big parking lot at the front with atm machines and a phone booth. Tents for sims who wanna spend the night, barbecue area and many snack options, arcade machines and a lottery ticket machine for the ones who wanna do more than watching films. Obviously, also a bathroom.

I added 2 main cinema spots for sims with different tastes in movies :D

I am not sure if the greenhouse will or will not work with the brick walls. I am new to gardening in sims 2 ♥ you can let me know ♥

The layout was HARD. There are a bunch of steps all around and it was complicated, but I had my fun :D

This could be my most loved house I have ever built in sims 2, even more so than my main family's eclectic home. I would so live in here ♥

bf's parents' boi. he has a reputation at the vet. not a good one. the last visit was a quite bloody one I heard.

The island needed a car dealership, so I gave them one.

This is Aurelia Motors, an old building that deals with the roatation of cars in the island and has a new owner now. Camille who owns the stratagym just bought here. I should say, she is not very good at selling the cars yet, but oh well...

I am done with the Maison Marée lot!

The inspo was a brownstone house with a pastel beach vibe twist. The building has apartments however they are fake since in sims 2 we can't have rented apartments and a shop in the same lot. I tried to go around it and make it work but didnt happen... oh well...

The street level has a clothing boutique. It is something in between a thrift shop and a couture store, I am not sure :D

The shop became such a cute spot for the sims to get together also, not just to shop since everyone can use the rest of the apartments and the garden.

The game gave me backpain with how many times it crashed during this build. Soooo was it worth it?

I am open for any gameplay mod suggestions. For example, I know there is this one mod that lets you play functional hospitals. What else as community lots should I add to this island?

Cogs and screws are turning at a fast pace in my brain right now. Building in ts2 is no joking matter.

I just made her and spent a day working on her house. Started playing with a bowl of ramen and watching a movie. One tree outside catches fire, she burns to death.

And Grim continues watching the movie??? Dude! That's very rude.

I was palying with a downloaded house for Camille. The exterior was A-MA-ZING but the interior was causing problems so I decided to change the whole thing. I will also upload the interior when it is done :3

I have a question: I play with all four seasons as one specific season all at once and by the time 4 seasons are done, I switch them to the next season.

What I mean is, I adjust the seasons as let's say 4 springs, and when 4 springs end I change them to 4 summers etc... But when I go to hobby lots, the seasons are how they are supposed to be as default. Is there a way I can fix this?

This is the house of two ladies, Amanda and her daughter Daisy. Amanda is kinda grumpy (she is getting old :c ) Daisy is a nature loving, dancing queen. Daisy is looking for the love of her life and move out of the house she grew up but Amanda doesn't wanna let go. So they just renovated, Amanda hoping that this change would keep Daisy around a bit more.

I tried to copy the shell of a lovely house I downloaded a while back but I gotta admit, building with fake half walls and platforms on sims 2 is HARD. The shell is not exactly how it supposed to come out however I am in love with the interior. I love making houses look older and not-so-2020's in sims 2, keeping the whole aesthetic older and authentic ♥

When I am in neighbourhood, the park area looks all jumbled up and ugly. I have no idea what is the reason, tried to look it up but couldn't find any solutions. When I’m actually in the garden there is nothing wrong. Do you know how to fix it?

Random wants like these where I think wouldn't fit the current sim keeps pushing, I end up giving in and it creates more character I believe.

Like, this rich, arrogant new sim in the town who fights with everyone likes to jump on her lip shaped couch in secret to have fun. Okay lady, have your secret little fun I guess :d

I've been taking many many screenshots in sky and spending lotta time with them on lightroom these days. A gorgeous gorgeous game. 💙

This is the doctor's house in my forever save. The Virel House pun is intended :d The lower level has the doctor's office and I use it with the ticket machine as if he is consulting patients at home sometimes. The entrance is empty for now, since I didn't have any ideas to fill it. I hope to fill it organically as I play.
