I’ve heard about curbside being outsourced when it’s deliveries so i was trying to avoid it but ultimately had to today and it just doesn’t make sense why they would do that huge change. I’m not even allowed to remove an item they picked wrong, i also answered my text late not realizing it was an unknown number (iPhone filter) so i missed some other subs too. I’ve worked curbside but I’ve been out of that department for years so I’m just wondering what the change was? Alleviate the shoppers load? Payroll labor for the drivers? It’s cheaper to pay an individual? Where are these shoppers coming from anyway?
I’m just curious more than annoyed 😂
