Hi! My husband and I are going to be moving from Atlanta to Greenville this fall and are looking to rent an apartment until we find a house to buy. What areas/complexes should we look at and what should we avoid? We are in our mid 30s and would like to avoid the college area if possible. I’m seeing 3 bedroom apartments for under $1500 and not sure if they’re too good to be true. Thank you in advance :-)
