Designed and printed a nut extension for the leg roller
I bought a fringe sting leg roller but it had a couple quirks with the nut. The small threaded holes for attaching the protective plastic piece were both drilled about 1mm off center, making it rub on the end of the sleeve when tightening. I returned the first one and the replacement had the same problem. It was also hard to tighten and hard to loosen due to the relatively small size of the nut, and the small bearing surface made the roller have some play.
This print fixes all of the issues. Modeled the off center countersunk mounting holes to match the nut, making the larger hole actually centered to avoid rubbing, gave it large handles, and increased the bearing surface. 100% infill for the part that compresses against the rack.
