I found this dress on Vinted and immediately fell in love with it! The seller had used it as her own wedding dress in February 1982, and kept it in her closet ever since. 44 and half years later, I wore it at my wedding!

The dress is Finnish brand Lacella that does not exist anymore. I love how simple and casual it is, the lace detail in the neckline is so cute, and I'm sad I don't have a reason to wear it again :(

The lace veil is actually my Maid of honor's mother's lace curtain! The shoes were also bought used, and the necklace I got from my grandfather when I was a kid. I actually had trouble finding my "something new" because even my ring is antique :')

She's showing her age, she's likely not gonna make it to winter, but she's been a fighter and a joy all her life. I'm gonna take her out for a little walk today, she loves it and there's not much warm summer days left. Anything for her ❤️

Got my nipples pierced diagonally a year ago. They've been such a breeze to heal, no complications whatsoever. Did a final downsizing today and now they fit snug, and i love how they look. And the new aurora borealis jewellery is so fun, the colour shift depending on the lighting is crazy as you can see on the photos. (Sorry for my skin tone being that of a dead person though)

I can't remember where i got the shirt, it's been years. I lovingly call it my stupidest shirt.

Hi! I have these Gdansk amber and sterling silver earrings. One of the little amber pieces fell off ages ago because I'm clumsy and dropped the earring. There seems to be a tiny bit of amber still left in the bezel and the piece of amber has tiny chunks missing around the edge, which would be hidden by the bezel.

Is there a way to get it fixed? I'm absolutely not even gonna try myself, I don't want to ruin it any more, but is this something a regular jeweller could fix? I'm not from Poland so there's no jewellers specialized in amber (I got these as a gift from my fiance and I'm desperate to wear them to our wedding :')

We also saw a squirrel! That was very exciting! She went running towards it but the squirrel was (thankfully) very fast to climb a tree.

Hi! I bought this 1982 wedding dress, but it's a smidge tight on me. Definitely wearable but maybe not as flattering as it could be. It has just about 1cm (cm, not inch!) of seam allowance, is there any chance a professional could let it out just a tiny bit (or is my best bet to lose a couple lbs and wear good shapewear)?
