Can any of you please recommend what you use to protect your camera? I need to get a camera strap and a screen protector. Do I also need a filter to protect the lens?

Hey all, I started taking Venlafaxine 37.5 mg two weeks ago, and my nausea is really bad to the point of passing out. My psychiatrist is out of the office until next week. An ER nurse told me not to stop taking it, but another nurse told me to stop immediately. I haven’t stopped yet. In fact, I started taking 75 mg today because I ran out of the 37.5 mg dose.
If I stop taking it tomorrow, would I be fine? The nurse said I shouldn’t go through any withdrawal symptoms because I started on a low dosage, but I am scared. I also have a flight tomorrow, so I’m extra nervous about the nausea.
I would appreciate any advice. Thank you!
