I have this gold star Torchic that has this red spot on the front. I thought it was a sharpie mark or something but I seen another Torchic card with the exact same mark on the front as well. I’m guessing this is some kind of ink error?

I got this Cleffa IR on eBay a few weeks ago and noticed when I first got it it has this really rough texture on the front. The back feels fine but the whole front of the card has this fine sandpaper/gritty feeling. It’s not just slightly rough either like small bumps or anything it feels almost like a nail file lol.

Was curious if anyone has any idea if this is a legit card or if it’s a fake. From all the research I’ve done and comparing it to other Cleffa IR’s it looks legit and passes the ‘shine a light from the back’ test.

If anyone has any info please let me know, thanks!
