Hi everyone. I’ve just had a shower tray installed and the water seems to be pooling at the other end to where the drain is.
The plumbers told me my floor wasn’t level so they got some boards to level it then said it was sorted but whenever we have a shower, we get a puddle down the other end. Is this normal? Or does it mean the shower still isn’t level?
