Hey everyone having feeding issues with my build. This is kit build on a tort tort receiver. Did the best I could to get a picture of the issue I’ve been experiencing. Round is getting hung up and causing bullet setback. Any ideas on what I should do?

Today I bought a brand new leftover 2024 for stupid cheap. Loved every second of my 3 hour ride home. Anything I need to know or keep an eye on? Thanks guys!
