Horrible
I’ve been completely unimpressed with the Luba 3 since I got it but little did I know it would work its best then and progressively get worse over time. It never cuts clean and I have to run it over an area multiple times to get any semblance of a nice cut. Now it returns to the charging station successfully 2 out of 10 times, always seeming to give up right in front of it. I have reset the station location twice now hoping it would fix the issue but to no avail. Also the Mammotion app has become a complete POS. It was the bright spot when I first got the mower. Now constant disconnections only to reconnect every time after hitting the button twice. Sometimes I can’t unselect an area even though other areas are selected. Every update lately has made the app progressively worse.
Who’s running software at this company? Do they even test it before sending it? These issues aren’t edge cases, they’re right in front of your face almost immediately.
