how long does it take to hit baseline

I am E4/E3 turbo mega many years hard stuck and I mostly play range champs but man I had an irelia game the other day where I went like 20-3 and it felt like fucking crack. Ive been playing her and "learning" her but every single game no matter that matchup even if its favored I just lose horrifically.

Im reaching about 100+ games and I dont even feel like im at 0 yet. Ive never played a champ this hard before and I dont feel like im even at baseline 0/0/0 where I am allowed to make any sort of macro decision because anytime I start fighting something I lose instantly.

What are some beginner tips for improving so I can start playing some league again instead of 0/10 die perma simulator ?

I feel like im tricking myself into thinking I can win lanes

HI love this champ just sorta started playing him around E3 elo, like 100 games. I typically always lose lane by 1 or 2 kills or just go neutral. I climb just on macro and stuns after lane.

I read like GM threads on tf or watch dopa vids and am just so impressed that these people are winning lane then carrying. I see players like dopa weaving in trades with cs that im not doing, but I swear no matter what I feel like I eventually just end up having to play back. and stop trying to trade/fight them.

Is there any intentional shift one can do to improve their play to start winning lanes? I imagine if I get any higher im not really going to climb by just surviving lane and playing macro, I feel like to be great you really need to win what lanes you can, but I think watching the higher level players win these lanes is giving me a facade of what I should be working on.

Just looking for tips I suppose. Also my CS is really bad, im slowly working on that. I feel like if I dont put 100% brain power into CSing i can barely hit 7-8cs/min lol.

ive been d3 for the past 6 months and now in the last week ive slowly fallen to E4 0lp. I am making more and more fundamental mistakes as time goes on and historically I just take a break for a week then come back and only play 2-3 games a session but for the last 5 sessions those have been 3 losses every time.

I dont understand how knowledge that one built up can literally disappear.

Taking a break isnt fixing it, doing small sessions isnt fixing it. Now that I have pretty bad negative WR the game is giving me super troll games too very consistently. I know the rememedy is it ignore that and just push through consistently but I have no consistentency now for absolutely zero reason.

I dont know how to get back to playing how I was. I dont like these games im in. Its like I trained to be able to bench 300 and now im being forced against my will to only bench 150 so if I even was given the option to try and bench 300 I would fail miserably.
