Looking for a new 65"

Hello! Posting here because I’d really appreciate some help.

I’m currently looking for a new TV. My room is very bright, with a bit of direct sunlight in the late afternoon. I mostly watch movies and series in the evening/night, and only occasionally during the day on weekends (sports, movies, and series).

Right now, I’m very undecided between:

  • LG C5
  • Samsung S90F
  • TCL C8K

I’m leaning more toward the LG C5, but I’m a bit worried about reflections during brighter hours of the day. I’m also slightly concerned about direct sunlight, since during the summer the sun can hit the panel for around two hours. I know OLED panels can potentially be damaged by direct sunlight over time.

I do have double windows and I’d try to manage it with curtains to avoid direct sunlight hitting the screen, but I’m still unsure if an OLED is the best choice for my situation.

From the RTINGS comparisons, it always seems like the TCL C8K is excessively bright and has somewhat unrealistic colors, but maybe I am just bias at this point because I always wanted a OLED

Any advice or experiences would be really appreciated!
