Can't see LH F award pricing for March?
Wanting to fly Lufthansa First Class on their 747 from Frankfurt to LAX in March 2027 (specific appeal is the terminal at FRA and flying the nose cabin home—the 747 is on my bucket list!)
Here's where I'm stuck: when I log into Miles & More and search the route, it won't show First Class award availability—just Business—and I'm not sure why? Business was around 80k when I checked on their website.
So I'm working somewhat blind on the actual cost / how many miles needed to redeem, which makes planning hard.
Does anyone know what is LH F actually costing on the FRA→LAX route in miles? 120k? More?
Alternatively, is using M&M's own program still the right path for F redemptions, or is there a better program given that I need to book well in advance? I've considered the Aeroplan strategy (since their redemptions are around 90k miles and can transfer in from partners) but I'm nervous about booking last-minute like that requires.
