Got an iced tuxedo mocha with nonfat milk today, and it was the sourest thing I've ever tasted in my life. I've had sour coffee before, and it's always drinkable even though it's not great. This was absolutely undrinkable. I made my sister try it and she asked if there was alcohol in it.

Any ideas what went wrong? I've read that sour coffee is caused by over-roasting the beans - if that's the case, these were burnt to a crisp. Also, I didn't try it until I'd already driven away so I couldn't get a refund 😢
