I'm trying to remove the cap to see if I can replace the transmission fluid myself. I tried inserting 3 different sizes of flatheads, and a pair of small scissors, to pull the tab toward the passenger side, but not luck. They all move with plenty of space, but the cap isn't coming off no matter how far a pull them. The cap is wiggly if that changes anything, and I heard about a specialized tool, but Nissan website says it isn't for this model.

Any more advice on how to remove this cap? Trying to save myself 300 bucks.
