New doll to my collection!

So excited to have her in my collection! Finally got Dance class Robecca with all her accessories. I just re did her hair it was coated in glue but it washed so easily and didn’t loose any of it curl after I boil washed it. Took inspiration for her hair from the new iteration.

Need advice form experienced agents.

Hello Reddit, this is my first time posting on here because we are in a pickle. So my mom and Mia are selling our childhood house together. She’s lived in the home for 40 years and I have lived in the home for 22 years in this process we’ve had our house on the market since June we live in a small town with Cummins nearby, but just haven’t been able to sell it, but our real estate agent hasn’t really done any advertising outside 2 open houses and one of the social media post total. Along with this we did have an offer that she made us jump at because we’ve never done this anymore over and over that he was a safe buyer and he will totally buy it over and over again despite me and my mom‘s uncertainties well that deal fell through because he ended up not liking when an inspector said. That being said also during this time she took it off the market and refused to show it it during the pending deal period. since then we’ve had no offers and our real estate agent has been silent. We’ve had a few house showings, but nobody gives any feedback and if we do get feedback, we have to ask her to wish she said there’s none or the same thing the last person said. We’ve dropped the hub price on the house twice already and have been told by another real estate agent friend that technically we are under the ideal amount that the house could get.

Along with this, we’ve had initiate any communication. She has not helped us through this process at all, despite us telling her us telling her that it is our first time selling our house and we are utterly lost. Neither me nor my mom can move without selling the house and we can’t take any job opportunities in our soon to be state where we want to live.

She has since then added another agent to our caseload to “take over” but ever since she is taken over, it has been radio silenced. I think the biggest problem we have run into is that our original real estate agent who still has her name on our house to sell is also the office manager, meaning any complaint we have would go straight to her about her. Is there anybody higher we can go to? That’s not an office manager is there a bigger boss over an office manager in real estate? Any advice is helpful.

22F am first time surface level cavities and terrified of drill n fill.

So I have never ever had cavities as a kid, so this is the first time. Despite being so small and on my molars on both sides. When they originally found them was after the dental assistant was cleaning my teeth and was super rough with scraping and made my teeth loose and hurt for 3rd and afterwards. I went on vacation and they started going away but they still want to drill depsite then saying there’s only surface level.

I DO NOT WANT TO DRILL. My family as a horrible history for more cavity’s developing after they had there cavities drilled and filled. And I don’t want the same thing happening to me seeing as I have a preforming job. And also I have a huge fear of needles (due to past trauma from when I was a child. For context my shot when I was little did it in both knees, and arms. And they had to hold me down at every doctors appointment since) and freaked out today when I went in cause nobody told me needles were involved.

If there’s any tips of trick people have or suggestions form professionals on what I can do to avoid the drill I would love it so much. They want to have me take a medicine since I rescheduled in three weeks to sedate me so they can do. But I don’t want to be scared by the American health care system if I can help it.
