First time I’ve been canvassed in 20 years.

A knock on my door and who do I see? Representative Cindy Ryu. Regardless of politics or issues, I am so pleased to see canvassing still happening. We chatted for almost a solid 10 minutes. She answered all my questions and allowed me to voice concerns. I don’t agree with all of her positions and that’s not the point - I am so grateful to see the effort being made to make direct contact and I really appreciated her time.

I’d love to experience/see more of it.
