[US] Revolut sided with the merchant despite FedEx GPS evidence showing the package was delivered to the wrong building

I wanted to share my experience with a recent Revolut card dispute, because I’m honestly very disappointed with how it was handled.

I purchased an iPhone, but I never received it. The merchant provided a FedEx tracking number showing the package as delivered, and Revolut ultimately sided with the merchant based on that tracking information.

The problem is that FedEx’s own tracking page provides GPS coordinates for the delivery location. When I checked those coordinates, they clearly point to the wrong building.

I submitted screenshots of the FedEx tracking page showing the GPS location, along with photos/screenshots of the actual building corresponding to those coordinates. I even marked/circled the relevant buildings on the map to make the discrepancy as clear as possible.

In other words, this isn’t simply a situation where the tracking says delivered and I’m claiming that I didn’t receive it. FedEx’s own tracking information appears to provide evidence that the package was delivered somewhere other than my address.
Despite this evidence, Revolut still decided in favor of the merchant.

What makes this especially frustrating is that the evidence seems fairly straightforward to verify. The tracking information is from FedEx itself, and the GPS coordinates are not something I created or interpreted from the merchant’s documentation.

At this point, I’m wondering whether Revolut’s dispute process is heavily automated or AI-assisted, particularly for disputes involving relatively small amounts. It honestly feels like the system may have stopped at tracking says delivered without meaningfully considering the additional evidence I submitted.

I’d be very interested to hear whether anyone was able to successfully appeal a case like this or get a human reviewer to actually examine the evidence. Any help is appreciated.
