Hoping a pokemon expert or someone who knows what they're doing with animals can help..

My plan was to have Sylveon jumping and curling around the character, with its strands.. Attenae.. Whatever creating a heart shaped silhouette. Problem is, I just can't figure out how to draw them from this perspective or get it to look the way I want to.
