I tried making a quick vegan meal with kimchi, tofu, and noodles today and it turned out way better than expected.

The spicy and tangy flavor from the kimchi works really well with soft tofu and chewy noodles.

What I used:

• vegan kimchi (Stir fried)
• Silken tofu
• noodles
• Peanut butter
• soy sauce
• spring onion
• sugar
