How soon will you know the hotel you are booked into in Fairbanks, AK for the first night of your land/cruise trip?

If I teleport to a location, play there for a while, stop spoofing, and later teleport back to that same location, do I still trigger a cooldown even if I didn’t play in between and closed the app?
