I use a Bambu P1S, the filament is LCAISHI’s hot pink. Printed 0.12mm and 0.13mm top surface at 245°c and bed at 80°c. What could be the cause behind this?

I use a Bambu P1S, Bambu slicer, and I keep getting random clumps of filament waste within my layers, using the Bambu PETG Basic presets. Also the filament im using is a pink PETG by a brand called “LCAISHI”. This problem’s been driving my crazy.

and my prints seem to not stick that well to the bed, could this be fixed with a higher bed temperature?
