Storage full, iCloud vs Google photos

I feel so defeated. I feel like an elderly person trying to navigate technology but I’m 35 😭
I have an iPhone 16 Pro
My storage is full and I don’t know what to do
I primarily use my phone to take photos/videos of my children and for my small business. I have 29k photos and 11k videos
I have iCloud to backup everything as well as Google Photos (idk why I have both, and I feel like this is part of the problem).
Every time I delete some of my photos or videos, they magically return. I think because iCloud is synced, no matter what I do to try and remove some of the clutter they find their way back.
What’s weird is that sometimes I don’t get the “storage full” memo and I can take pictures, but randomly other times, and without deleting any, I’m able to take more. It’s so inconsistent and confusing.
I want to upgrade my phone to one with more storage, but I feel like i need to take hold of this situation before i do that. Any advice?

Need help with mounting art

I’m looking for some advice. I am going to be doing a large scale (60x72”) acrylic painting on canvas for a hospital that I work in. This will be mounted in a hallway next to a bell that patients ring when they finish chemo

The question is- how to mount the canvas? I was initially thinking French cleat. However, I don’t want the canvas to be able to be removed or lifted or bumped. There are some canvases hanging in our patient care area and they literally cannot be moved on the wall at all. They are fixed in place. What kind of hardware would that be??
