7 months after rupture/surgery

So I’m coming up on 7 months post rupture/surgery…I’ve been back in the gym full time sine June and everything is going great! Doing heavier loads on leg day. Calf and tendon getting stronger by the day. Only thing that sucks is I can’t really go hard on hamstring leg curls. The pressure and rubbing on the Achilles from the pad makes it difficult. At least there’s other hamstring exercises but I can’t really isolate like the leg curls. I may put a towel in between my Achilles and the pad next time and see how that goes.

Anyways, I hope everyone is recovering well!

Exactly 5 months post rupture/surgery walking around Disneyland !

After a 23 hour travel time from Vietnam back to Ca, took my daughter to Disneyland. Slapped on some brand new Hoka Clifton 9. Been walking around and waiting in line for about 4hrs so far. Starting to feel the fatigue in both feet and my back (carrying a backpack). Princesses crashed and sleeping so I’m getting some rest. Overall doing good.

Update: 12hrs total Disneyland. Damn my legs are tired. Achilles looks a little swollen. Gonna ice it up.

I’m looking to switch from Reta to Tirz.
I’ve been on Reta for 7 months. I’ve lost a total of 32lbs. Hit a wall for the past month or so and currently on 10mg for 3 weeks. The one thing that has been really bothering me is the increased RHR. I’m lying in bed for 3hrs and my RHR is 100. I can feel it thumping.

My question is, since I’ve been at 10mg Reta, what should my starting dose be with tirz?
