Are these good quality for Taobao shoes?

A lot of the reviews seem to be happy, but are these any better than just buying heels here in the west? Or are these a step up to typical fast fashion? In terms of quality, feel etc

Are these worth it or should I just buy from more local shops for the same price range?

It’s my first time on taobao so I’m not sure of the difference/how to spot good items and if they are worth it for the price
