Has anyone here ever monetised their audience through raffles/giveaways?

Has anyone here ever run a raffle/giveaway through their social channels?

I’ve been thinking about doing one for a while because brand deals are getting more inconsistent.

I’ve got a decent audience on Instagram + YouTube and feel like it could be an interesting way to monetise.

Curious if anyone here has actually done one themselves and whether it was worth it.

Are Korean clinics getting more conservative with treatments lately?

Has anyone else noticed this shift where Korean dermatologists are recommending less aggressive treatment schedules than before? I went in convinced I needed back-to-back laser sessions for my PIH, but the clinician at Dami Clinic talked me out of overtreatment and spaced everything out much more than I expected. Honestly, my skin healed better because of it, so I'm curious if others are having similar experiences or if this is just their approach?

lead generation small business - how with basically no budget?

I set up a local IT consultancy 3 years ago and lead generation small business stuff is rough when you're bootstrapping. Tried cold calling with google maps data but the numbers are mostly main lines. LinkedIn outreach gets maybe 2% response rate if I'm lucky.

Started doing manual research - finding local businesses that look like they need IT help based on outdated websites, then tracking down decision makers on LinkedIn. Time consuming but free. Also joined local chamber of commerce ($200/year) which actually pays for itself with 1-2 clients.

biggest challenge is getting verified contact info without paying hundreds a month for the big platforms like ZoomInfo or whatever. been testing some cheaper tools. Apollo has a decent free tier but the data's hit or miss for small business leads. found Prospeo recently which is way cheaper and their email accuracy has been solid so far. still doing a lot manually but at least I'm not calling reception desks anymore.

anyone else finding creative ways to do b2b lead generation on a shoestring? what's working for you?
