Small change big difference

Used glass bottles instead of plastic. I used to drink water from plastic bottles at home, but now I’ve completely stopped and use glass or steel bottles instead. I used to carry a steel bottle only when going out, but now I use them at home too.

My frugal ways to save money

So, I recently constructed my home, and it has been over a year now. Looking back at the construction and setup, I’ve realized that I managed to do quite a few things myself and made several practical decisions to save money.

  1. BLDC Fan: I installed my fan myself. It is a BLDC fan that I bought from Flopkart for around ₹2,700. It was a good purchase because it consumes less electricity and helps reduce my electricity bill.

  2. Instant Geyser: I also installed my geyser myself. It is an instant geyser that I bought from Flopkart for around ₹2,500. So far, it has been completely worth the money for me.

  3. Water Tank Filter: I installed a water filter for my overhead water tank myself, which helps improve the quality of the water used in the house. For that please search water tank on meesho.

  4. Bathroom Tap: I am planning to attach a water faucet to a 2-in-1 tap so that it can be conveniently used in the bathroom.

  5. Old TV + Fire TV Stick: I have an 8-year-old 32-inch Sony TV. Instead of buying a new smart TV, I use an Amazon Fire TV Stick to make it smart. I also use yt for an ad-free YouTube viewing experience.

  6. Added shower filter which brought from meesho recently.

Please suggest me some good water filter, as my municipal water have some bad smell, and I don't wanted to use RO

Currently, I don’t have a refrigerator because my old fridge was damaged during the construction of the house. I’m waiting for a good sale before buying a new one. The same goes for the sofa—I’m also waiting for a good deal before purchasing one.
