Vitamin D
I just had my vitamin D tested and it’s 29, which is low as the lab cut off is 30 for normal. does increasing Vitamin D actually get rid of BPPV??? I have recurring episodes like every 3-4months. I also have VM.

Anyone here who's NEVER had a classical migraine?? And still diagnosed with VM? I've never had horrible head pain with my episodes and never had a classical migraine attack. (although I DO have 2 siblings with classical migraine)
I second guess almost every session I have. once the session ends, I replay what I could have done differently, how I may have rushed my client and not paced appropriately, or just am generally inadequate. I’m always waiting for my clients to ghost or terminate with me, bc they realize they’re not getting what they want out of sessions or that I’m too intense. these fears are debilitating at times.
how do I increase my confidence? I’m in group supervision, go to skills building groups, and meet with an individual supervisor. I also have OCD so I don’t know if some of this is just obsessional doubt/rumination.
edit: I’m in personal therapy and have done OCD therapy in the past (although focused on different themes)
And how long does the actual spinning last? It seems like most of my vertigo attacks hit at nighttime, like I wake up to the jarring violent 2-3 second spin and then feel motion sick. I dontttt think it's BPPV bc I will test positions and the spin isn't always replicable. It sucks waking up with panic with that horrible spin sensation. It feels like how I'd imagine a short stroke to feel like
