Filing for divorce. Don’t have contact info for husband, how will they find him and will that cost me extra money?
I’ve been separated and no contact from my husband for almost 5 years. I moved out of state from where we lived/married and where he still lives. I plan on filing from where I live now and have no idea any contact info for him. What’s the process and who is responsible for him getting the papers/served? Thanks!
Been getting a lot of new hires with basic/minimal general bar experience. Lots of dive level/non craft cocktail experience. I question if I’m a good trainer, we’re a busy short staffed small neighborhood bar, who serve a good mix of basics and craft cocktails. I hate training and feel like I suck at it but I’m by default of being here the longest and having the most experience here I am doing most of the training. I know when I started 20 years ago I remember going to the library to read books about cocktails and would go to bars just to sit and watch other bartenders. I follow some bartenders on social media but my social media use on a whole is mostly disassociating to baseball and animal videos. What would be good online accounts for me to suggest to our new green hires to check out to reference, supplement their training with or broaden their knowledge?
ETA: I put together a quick training packet with as much pertinent info I could concerning general cocktail stuff and how it applies to our bar and drinks specifically. I know everyone learns differently, I learn best to watch, read and do. I feel like with the age of our new hires there could be a benefit for them to have social media as a learning tool.
