Return at 37 days?

I got progressive lenses for the first time a month ago and have tried getting used to them but after my third aura/migraine today, I’m thinking my eyes are triggered by the different prescriptions when looking up and down constantly. I’m also extra light sensitive in these glasses for some reason. I want to return them for regular glasses but just realized I got the glasses 37 days ago. 😭 I spent $1000 on the glasses and sunglasses, so it’s quite a hit if I can’t exchange them for regular distance glasses. Are they super strict on the 30 day cut off? Thank you for any help you can provide!

Edit: it actually didn’t occur to me that the glasses could be causing the issue until today. I thought it was just stress. I called my eye doctor to see about getting my eyes checked again after another freaky aura (even though it’s only been a month since I saw her). She asked where I got my glasses and suggested I bring them back to WP to make sure they did the rx right before I make an appt with her.

Progressive Lenses and new auras

Hello! I want to preface this by saying I’m making an appt with a neurologist because I know increased frequency should be checked out. I usually get migraines (sometimes with aura, sometimes without) a few times a year. Over the past two weeks, I’ve gotten three scintillating auras (two with just a dull headache, one with a painful headache). Trying to pinpoint triggers, and I just realized that a month ago, I switched from regular lenses to progressive lenses. When my aura/migraine kicked off this morning, I was looking down and sewing when I realized the threads were looking funny. Wondering if anyone has noticed a correlation between progressive lenses and auras? Like maybe the switch in focus in progressive lenses is too much of a trigger for my brain to handle? Thank you for any help you can provide!
