Does anyone get twitching while using a muscle, or after using it? I just carried a really heavy bag of trash with my left arm, the one I think is weak, and after walking with it for a bit, the tricep in that arm actually started twitching or spasming really hard. It was honestly scary. Usually, if I flex that arm hard and then relax it, it'll twitch. But I've never had it twitch while I was actually using it. And it felt really weak.
