Need some advice for wildcamping in Norway in August (setup, maybe trip advice)
Hey guys, first off congrats for making it to the quarter finals in the WC.
I was hoping to get some advice/or peace of mind for the setup we (girlfriend and me) have for a two week wildcamping trip in Norway starting on the 8. of August.
I am wondering if the sleep setup I have planned is going to be sufficient.
I have a nemo disco 30 so around 4 degree celsius comfort rating paired with s2s pursuit sleeping pad with an r rating of 3.0
I was thinking about maybe getting the reactor fleece liner should it get really cold and of course longsleeve underwear for sleeping.
My girlfriend got a -5degree (i think) sleeping bag and pad rated r 4 as she is a really cold sleeper.
For tent I got a pretty good deal on an MSR Tindheim 3p.
So our plan is to start from Göteborg and then drive through norway for two weeks.
I was thinking about using the car to get somewhere beautiful and then leave it behind hike for 1-2 hours setup camp stay there for two nights and then move on and drive to the next location.
It is really a dream trip for me.
If you have recommendations for places we should visit that would be amazing. I am thinking we probably won't be going up to far north as only I am driving and I want to spend more time in nature then behind the steering wheel so maybe 4-6 hours of driving every two days.
Thanks for your help greetings from Austria.
