Hi all, has anyone gotten their 24 Hour Fitness membership through Active&Fit Direct (through insurance)?

It lists the membership level as "standard" and says it includes:
- All locations access
- Amenities: Cardiovascular Equipment, Cycling Classes, Personal Training, Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Strength Training Equipment, Whirlpool

For $24 / month. But that is not a membership level option on the 24 Hour Fitness website and neither company's support seems to know either. If it actually works as a mid-tier (or even low-tier with location flexibility) pass, then great, I'll do it and switch gyms.
