CFC got ahead with a thunderous strike from Irfan Yadwad. But they couldn't hold on to the lead and ended up conceding from a set-piece. Overall, the attitude of the players and the performance seemed to be much better than how it was the previous season.

To hold FC Goa to a draw, that too at the Fatorda, isn't an easy task. Clifford Miranda seems to be building something good and the whole team just needs some more of experience to get to the next level. Hopefully, we can at least make it to the playoffs this year 🤞🏻

Man had an unreal 2nd half of the last season just to warm the bench at the WC and Madrid now 😭

Lionel Messi retires from International football after an illustrious career where he's won almost every possible trophy. Copa America, Finalissima, World Cup. He's done everything possible. Even had a stupendous World Cup campaign at this ripe age of 39 where he carried his team on his shoulders most of the times. And now, he steps down after being one of the best players to have played in the international stage. The undisputed 🐐

We at r/SoccerTamil have decided to change the icon of our subreddit, in solidarity with Mr. Sonam Wangchuk, the Cockroach Janata Party and the millions of students of our nation, who have been protesting against the irregularities within the education system and demanding for the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan, the Education Minister of India.

The movement has now progressed into one that none of us can ignore, due to the brutality of the government towards peaceful protesters and the false-narratives being set in order to destabilize and discredit the protesters' efforts. We're taking a stand against such practices and standing in support of everyone involved with the ongoing protests.
