I have 3 pcs for games and want a 4th for living room/tv gaming, need to decide what parts will work best for my main.

I have one for me, one each for both kids and want to put one together. 3 systems will not be wildy different in performance and one is a pre-built with very little upgrade options. I want any advice on what would make the best performance use of what I have for the one I play on mostly. I was going to get a steambox but I am impatient, who knows when that could happen. I will probably use the prebuilt I have for the living room so the kids' PCs are more equal and I will experience less parental guilt.

current setups

dad's:

ASRock B650 Pro RS WiFi AM5 AMD B650

7600x

ASRock Challenger Radeon RX 9060 XT

Patriot Viper Venom 32GB (2 x 16GB)DDR5 6000 30-40-40-76

kid's:

ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac AM4 AMD B550 ATX

5700x3D

XFX SPEEDSTER SWFT319 AMD Radeon RX 6800 CORE

CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) 16-20-20-38

and a prebuilt

HP TG03-0003W OMEN 16L Gaming Desktop i5-14400F 2.5GHz NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060

it had 1x16gb ddr5 5600 and I found something to match on marketplace. so now 2x16gb ddr5 5600 but it may run at 4800 due to me adding the other stick? I knew that prior to adding ram and whatever, only mentioning in case single channel would be better for TV use(I doubt it but have spent enough time reading about this to go cross eyed)

PC I am piecing together, so far I have:

9600x

KLEVV BOLT V 2x16gb 7200MT/s 34-44-44-84 (May undervolt and run slower with better timings?)

I'm waiting for deals on new mobo/GPU/PSU and I have some unused storage. Considering using the 9060XT for my main and getting something cheap and used off marketplace because I have never spent more than $350 on a GPU, bitter about AI and all.

I will be buying another am5 MOBO and may not go with ASROCK, long time fan but hearing bad things about 9000 series but for price VS features, I may roll the dice. I've never had a problem and the bios updates seem to decrease failure rates.

So will the 5700x3D or the 9600x be better for the 9060XT? Would there be a huge difference in bottleneck on either if I did decide to spend$ on a 9070? Am I splitting hairs and wasting time thinking about this with my cheap ass. Who knows, MAYBE I will come off my wallet and get a better card but something like a $150 used 6600xt sounds pretty good for a kid who is already happy with the 4060 in the prebuilt. and my 9060Xt is doing fine for now.

otherwise did not mention prices because I bought most of this stuff before things went nuts.

I AM NOT asking for personal sales, just looking for people who know more than me to mention what they would do.
