So I just finished this sweater... And already planning on ripping it out till about the stripes and completing it cropped with the speckled yarn only with pink as the ribbing. At first I didn't know if I had enough yarn to use just the solid yarn, but now that I'm finished. I hate the stripes, and the length. I also don't think it fits super well? It's not blocked, the yarn is Berroco Vintage Baby Handpaint and Estelle Yarns Estelle Double Knit. I'm scared to steam it cause I don't want it to grow. Should I put it in the washer and drier? Do a swatch and see how much it shrinks in the wash?

Any advice is welcome!

Edit: for the fit. I think it's a little wide and roomy. I think I might like it better a tighter fit. And the length.jsut not doing it for me. I dont like how long it is. There are a lot of comments all at once i gotta parse through my thoughts

Was told she was "het pastel" but I read pastel is an incomplete dominant (looked that up and I think it makes sense). I'm mostly curious if she is more than a normal. For no other reasons, I won't ever be breeding.

It seems like she is to me, she looks a lot lighter yellow than the other normals my ex had.
