Anticipating needing to bulk mail 20-30k letters every month

Hello - i have a client with millions of followers starting a mail club. What are the best options for getting my cost lower? I know the forever stamps are $0.78 but looking for more margin on this product launch for a client. Any help is much appreciated!

I also don't want my local usps to hate me, is there anyways to make this more ideal, set-up for bulk scanning/drop-off? I know most of the time when i've dropped off bulk packages (not this amount) it's always been met with less than ideal attitudes. I want to not make anybody upset with the volume, should I arrange it somehow?

Question for high volume folks

Hello - I have a client who wishes to start a mail club. They have millions of followers so we are anticipating on the low end 20,000-30,000 subscribers to a mail club. This is snail mail, 4-5 unique paper items....letter, 2 stickers, 5x7 inserts describing the theme of the month, etc. I know a lot of smaller mail clubs pay $0.78 for forever stamps, at high volume what are the options like? The more margin we can discover the better so any help would be massively appreciated!

Also if anybody knows of an awesome, creative, stationary designer, we're looking to sprucen things up. This reddit has been very helpful in the past, so thank you to those who contribute to threads/recommend/encourage in here

Looking for a UV Printer to print on 1/4th inch acrylic (preferably with a Mimaki but ok with similar models) in California or the West Coast. I have an E-Com brand looking for somebody to dropship orders directly to customers in that region. We're losing margin at scale shipping from North Carolina.

If you can UV print on Acrylic, could have some consistent business for you if you're willing to ship it direct to customers. The main need is California/West Coast but we have a lot of orders going to Texas as well. So that could be useful if it sees the right set of eyes!
