Women who take creatine: What benefits have you actually noticed? If you stopped taking it, why?

If you've used it consistently, what changes did you notice? Things like:

  • Strength or gym performance
  • Muscle tone or body composition
  • Energy or recovery
  • Mental clarity or cognition
  • Mood
  • Anything unexpected (good or bad)

If you tried it and stopped, what made you quit?
