Help- my monstera doesn’t seem too happy

I’ve had this plant for years and recently repotted into a bigger pot with the correct soil. However I don’t think it’s very happy!

Very recently noticed dark, dry patches forming on the leaves, and the air roots shrivelling up at the ends!

It’s also rather leggy, I’d love for it to be ‘more leaf than stem’ visually, if that makes sense, it’s just not looking that great.

Any advice on the above would be rly appreciated, thanks!
