To the rater that ends up reviewing my claim, I'm sorry that many of the files will apparently be in triplicate. It seems that the view of my claim file is different from the law firm's view, so when I saw that things like my personal statement weren't visible, I went ahead and uploaded everything myself. It also seems that some of those things were uploaded by me twice, but I got a confirmation from the firm that they had everything loaded with screenshots to show.

So I'm sorry about that and beg for mercy.
