just saw that a stray pigeon appeard on my balcony next to my babies nest it doesn't seem to be aggressive doesn't attack them and the babies dont seem to be scared of him does anyone know what is he doing here

so lets say ive been dying my hair black with box dye for a few years then i had red hair made by hairdresser with semi permanent dye and then i box dyed it black again in april... is it possible for me to get blonde at home and how risky would it be

recently two little ones were born on my balcony the father watches over them during the day and then the mother takes over at night but im wondering if i should help them in any way like putting out water or some kind of food?
