


Accused of Fraudulent Disputes
Hi everyone, has this happened to any of you? Apex sent me this message about 2 hours ago about fraudulent disputes and miss use of my credit card, accusing me of attempting to defraud them. I first thought it was a scam email but I genuinely am locked out of my Apex account.
I haven’t used my credit card on apex in about a month or so and I never filed a chargeback or anything like this.
Any clue on what’s going on?
