Falsely flagged of multiple accounts [14409068]
I had Been playing cs on my own pc for a long time until it was simply too old to run and open anticheat anymore. Afterwards my brother let me use his pc to let me play again, meaning that from that point onwards we played on the same pc. It worked fine for a few months until after a small pause I played my placements and then both of our accounts got falsely flagged.
There is actual proof that the 2 accounts are owned by two different people. For starters, we have played together before I started to play on his pc. Also after the change, the voice comms, how we sound and both our accounts playstyle have stayed consistent all the time.
I have opened tickets and the reply system doesn't work for me and I keep getting the same automated response to "just verify" but I do not find it comfortable to send my literal ID. There should be grounds for lifting the flagging/ban. And I would like that an actual person replied to this.
