I’m confused on how to increase populations in the free cities that I took over, how do I obtain more workforce? I know I have to be missing some information

Hey guys, I’m pretty new to the game, I’ve been playing for about a week and I’m having serious problems with health that I can’t seem to solve, I have wells everywhere, and like 12 physician (12 workers, 3 actual buildings) for about 2500 people, I maxed out physician building levels and made my way all the way down the medicine tree to better my situation but as my city gains more population, the modifier just drags it down so much, the wearax exposure is also at .94, bringing my health down more, I had to tell my cretonians to not reproduce because I just can’t keep up with the health modifiers, do any pros have any tips for me?

I have an export depot exporting meat, the storage limit is 680 and I want 90% of my warehouse filled with meat before exporting, but no matter what percentage I play with in the export depot, it still empties my warehouse, even if I select 100%(only export them warehouse are 100% full) the workers still just drop meat into the export depot until my warehouse is empty, is this a bug or is there something I’m missing?

Even with the ME requester pushing 64 certus at a time, it does 1 round and just stopps crafting after that, when I request myself, it crafts half and then stop pushing certus to complete the request, it recently just started doing this too, I never had a problem with crafting large amounts of charged certus, or even small amounts, again, the requester requesting 64 at a time until it hits a certain amount doesnt work either

I’m trying to get wax from normal bees for this setup and the modular centrifuge won’t process any honey comb blocks, I replace a structure block with a heater and it starts processing, aren’t these supposed to work without a heater?
