Ironically, people complain about the opposite in the comments of this recipe stating they’re too thick . I’ve tried it twice. I’ve tried cooling the brown butter, chilling the dough, ending up sticking the dough in the freezer bc it’s a sticky mess otherwise. It’s such a tasty recipe and I want to nail it but I’m getting frustrated 😭
