Vivint’s AI Detection Keeps Getting It Wrong, and There’s No Feedback Option
Vivint, can we please do something about these false AI detections? I can see on my firewall that your system is constantly communicating with your AI domain (vivint.ai), yet the app doesn’t even give us a way to report false positives. If you’re going to rely on AI for detection, at least give customers a way to flag when it gets things wrong. Thankfully, my contract ends in April. I’m definitely looking forward to having more control over my security system.
