Happy Shake Your Groove Thang Sunday! 😆💃🏻🪩🕺🏻

Not sure if tonight’s show is new or a replay but regardless, it’s nice to have a space to listen together, and invite even more listeners to join! I noticed the earlier show posts were deleted so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to create new threads for those shows. 😊

Let’s start with a question:

When it was announced that Bob would be forming Dead & Company, with John, what was your reaction?

I personally was excited, but I wonder how G.D. fans who weren’t John Mayer fans (yet) reacted.

Hola, Grateful Dead/Dead & Company Community,

sending everyone love and light on this beautiful Sunday!
All are welcome in this space. 😊💀🌹♥️⚡️🎵

I’ll outline the tunes that Johnny shares with us tonight.
(I’m multitasking tonight, otherwise I’d summarize Johnny’s words 😅)

If you were at any of the shows he shares from tonight, let’s hear your stories!

Additionally, how’d you come to listen to the Grateful Dead / Dead & Company, and what hooked you?

Happy listening! 😎🌹⚡️🎵

“You’re listening to the ‘entle hours.
Because real Gs move in silence.”

~John Clayton Mayer, tonight 🤣

First time I’m hearing it.🤣
Cackled so hard!!! 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😭😅
It’s genius! 🤣👌🏽😂🫠🤠😹
Anyone else notice it? Was I trippin’? 🤣😂
Needed those laughs, Sir Johnny. 🙏🏼👌🏽😆
Gracias. 🙏🏼🌟🌹⚡️💛

A typo I caught just now during the gentle hours. Thought it’d be a fun late-night “tea” post. 😊

All jokes aside, this song is one of my favorites.
Almost always cry to it. Tonight was no exception.

Since we’re on the subject, what Fleetwood Mac songs do you all enjoy? 😊
